I was born on July 7, 1976 in Manila.

Formation
I took up Integrated Marketing Communications in the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Approach and options
Healing and energy work. I work with a sacred movement called the Inner Dance, which allows people to access a deeper awareness of their many-layered selves. It is a spontaneous outburst of the energy within, which allows people to express their most hidden traumas, to expose their forgetten dreams, and to become simple, basic and childlike.

Method I am able to help people access their inner self, through a trance-like peeling away of the layers of perception. When people’s egos and fears start to gently peel away, their true nature is revealed. Strangely, sickness and depression are also parts of the ego, and once the ego starts to melt, so does sickness, physical weakness, emotional imbalance and spiritual blockages.

Main achievements
I have been travelling around the world sharing a healing modaility that international media has reported is as powerful as the most ancient healing and spiritual forms. To have been able to do this at the age of 30 is something I would not have thought possible, in the way that it has happened and is happening still. Before this, I lived on a deserted island for two years as a hermit on a coconut diet. And I have done even more difficult things other than this. But my greatest achievement will simply be, to have achieved a simplicity in thinking, in speech and in action. to have lived alone and conserved my energy for that long, not to have wasted my energy on worrying, doubting, and fearing for my life, and just being in the moment.

Awakener ?
My work as an “Awakener” is based on my own awakening. That I once had a belief long ago that it is possible to live in the simplest way possible, and to now be able to share this simplicity through healing, sacred movement, and spontaneous meditation, are merely things I wished for myself, and now feel I must naturally wish for others.
